Earlier this spring, Scale House Market opened its doors in Spokane Valley, creating a new hub for building up Washington’s local food system. We’ve had such a great time popping up there the past 2 Saturdays, meeting so many of you and sharing our fruit.
We’ll be there for two more Saturdays, October 18th & 25th, and we’d love to see you there! We’ll have fresh Cosmic Crisp apples, our Apple / Pear Fruit Butters, Black Currant Preserves, and our organic Golden Russet Apple Cider available for purchase. 🧃
🍏 It’s also the big crescendo of harvest season! Golden Russet harvest is beginning—one of our favorite heirloom varieties. This variety may not win beauty contests, but their honeyed flavor and unique texture make them a versatile favorite for juicing, eating fresh, and baking.
