These pears are super juicy, sweet, and ripen quickly after a couple of days on the counter at room temperature. Or, if you like them crunchier and want to delay ripening, they hold well in the refrigerator.
Around here, we think pear-lovers are extra special—those who know how to wait for a good thing. 🍐💚 With all of our pears, we don’t harvest them when they’re soft on the tree, or else they’d be total mush in the center. The key is picking them when they’re just ripe enough but still firm. So when you buy a pear, be patient, let it ripen completely. It will be worth the wait!
