Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp black currant powder
- 1 1/2 toasted flax meal
- 1 1/2 Tbsp protein powder (optional)
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients well in a blender.
- Mix wet ingredients and add to the dry mixture. Stir to incorporate.
- Refrigerate overnight in glass jar. Top with seeds or nuts as desired.
