Black Currant Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp black currant powder
  • 1 1/2 toasted flax meal
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients well in a blender.
  2. Mix wet ingredients and add to the dry mixture. Stir to incorporate.
  3. Refrigerate overnight in glass jar. Top with seeds or nuts as desired.
